Independent supplier relationship
Suppliers remain independent businesses. VicMos operates the marketplace, checkout, customer service and delivery coordination.
Genuine and safe products
Every product must be genuine, legally obtained, correctly stored, undamaged, unexpired and accurately described. VicMos may inspect, reject or remove any listing.
Wholesale pricing
The supplier provides a genuine wholesale price per unit. VicMos alone sets the customer retail price. Wholesale prices must leave enough room for marketing, delivery, customer service and sustainable marketplace operations.
Orders and preparation
Suppliers must keep approved stock available, prepare the correct item promptly and release it only through the authorized VicMos collection process.
Returns and responsibility
A supplier is responsible for counterfeit, expired, damaged, unsafe or materially misrepresented stock. VicMos reviews evidence before resolving a return or dispute.
Customer privacy
Customer telephone numbers, addresses and order information must not be copied, marketed to or used outside the authorized order process.
Build a trusted product presence while VicMos manages the customer journey.
