How do I add a product?
Open Supplier Studio, choose Create product, complete the details and send it for VicMos review.
Why is my product pending?
Supplier verification and product trust are separate. Your first products are manually reviewed. After you reach the required number of manually approved products, routine future listings can use fast-track publishing after automatic checks.
Do I approve customer orders?
No. Your approved product listing is a standing supply offer. VicMos confirms customers and may call you directly to confirm stock before collection. Orders in Supplier Studio are informational.
How do I contact VicMos?
Use Messages inside Supplier Studio so the conversation remains connected to your supplier account.
